The surfacing of the sheets prior to machining greatly increased the accuracy of the parts, we had none of the previous problems with the hole depths or tenon thicknesses that were caused by the variations in the raw material thickness.
When you consider that we have changed virtually every one of the 70+ parts in the bedroom set and have had no significant problems even on the first prototype run – it is pretty remarkable.

The preamplifier chassis built from Corian is simply beautiful, and I have heard nothing but positive comments (to put it mildly!) from potential customers who have gotten to see and touch the first unit. It’s like a piece of “audio jewelry,” and your fine craftsmanship stands-out clearly.
Working with you has been a pleasure, from our initial talks right through the wooden prototypes (also beautifully done). I must say that it was a very pleasant surprise to find a custom cabinet maker that could work directly from my CAD drawings, and in tolerances normally reserved for metal work.

Thanks so much for your attention to detail and quality. As a General Contractor, I see the best and the worst of fabrications. My wife and I are certainly glad we had you fabricate our kitchen and pantry for us. The quality of craftsmanship is outstanding. The production scheduling was perfectly done to suit our needs. In today’s economy, most are trying to find the cheapest product available, and hope for the best. However, your products are clear and resounding proof that quality and professionalism far outweigh a dollar or two that one might save by buying a far inferior product from the “big box” stores. Because of the quality in craftsmanship, installation was a breeze. Not so with inferior products that are out of square, lacking structural integrity, with far too many aesthetic deficiencies.
